We are pleased to announce our participation at Enter Art Fair 27 – 30, August, 2026 in Copenhagen, featuring the prominent Swedish artists Lisa D Manner, Moa Israelsson and Fredrik Wretman.
The works of Lisa D Manner are characterized by their precision, detailed and surrealistic imagery. Her works evolve into long sequences of images that depict environments and landscapes where nature, architecture and interiors are merging. The artists herself talks about her paintings as ”collages” in which she compiles parts of her surroundings and fragments of memories into a new whole. She also refers to the logic of dreaming as a way of explaining how the images are interconnected and create their own internal flow. In some of the paintings, architecture is the body and structure as a skeleton while nature, shadows and light dominate in others. Lisa D Manner’s paintings are juxtapositions of physical and mental images of what nature and the urban landscape include: lust, beauty and adventure, but also the fragility and the vulnerability of life.
Lisa D Manner is born in 1979, works and lives in Lund. She holds a Master’s degree from Umeå Academy of Fine Arts (2007) and has since exhibited extensively in galleries and museums in Sweden and internationally. Among her most recent exhibitions are ”Winding course”, Pumphusets konsthall, Landskrona (2025), ”Vistas”, Galleri Flach, Stockholm (2024) ”Lengertz Kulturpris”, Kristianstads Konsthall (2022), ”Long Wave”, Galleri Flach, Stockholm 2020, ”Detour”, Trelleborgs Konstmuseum 2019, ”Privilegiet att gå vilse”, Galleri Arnstedt, Östra Karup 2018.
In Moa Israelsson’s sculptures nature is in focus in its seemingly most every day and natural form. Regardless of what is depicted, a potato plant, dandelions or corn; they are all recreated in individual and precise images. Their delicate beauty with leaves, blades and roots, is clearly visible in their individual expressions. She investigates nature and its cycles of time in both real and mythical forms. Words such as transience and decomposition have often appeared in descriptions of her works to capture an atmosphere of something at once alluring and frightening. The skilled craftsmanship in various techniques is an important and crucial part of her works. The combination of different materials, embroidery and her own innovative techniques to create almost meticulously accurate reproductions of reality is deeply fascinating. She describes nature as a perfect process that she carefully studies in order to practice and refine her own imagery.
Moa Israelsson is born 1982 in Ljungby, and holds a Master’s degree from the Royal Insitute of Arts, Stockholm (2005 – 2010). Among her most recent exhibitions are: ”The living and the dead”; Galleri Flach, Stockholm (2026), ”Horizons” (together with Patric Nilsson), Market Art Fair, Stockholm (2026), ”Taking Root” at Färgfabriken, Stockholm. In recent years she has exhibited at Galleri Flach, Stockholm 2024 (solo), Tranås Stadshus, 2022 (solo), Vandalorum, 2022 (solo), Stockholm konst gästar, Liljevalchs+, 2025 (group), Pilane skulpturpark, Tjörn, 2024 (group). Galerie Forsblom, 2019, Stockholm (solo). She has received several grants, such as the Sparbankstiftelsen Kronan Cultural Scholarship 2024, the Gunvor Kamke & Sven Johanns Minnesfond 2022, Konstakademien’s stipendium, 2020.
In Fredrik Wretman’s imagery of bronze sculptures, he focuses on issues that contain both historical and contemporary references. His depiction of archetypal figures and sculptures recalls antiquity as well as later periods in art history, conveying a link between past, present and future. They balance, they fly, they play and comment on the spirit of the age in their very own way through expressions that are full of meaning: humorous, poignant and contemplative. A central theme in Wretman’s artistry is the spatiality that his work creates, regardless of whether it occurs on a large or small scale. In each sculpture and installation, a universe of its own emerges. His artistry is like entering an anecdotal architecture where the individual parts are both their own narratives and together create a large and concentrated whole.
Fredrik Wretman is born in 1953, lives and works in Stockholm,and Chiang Mai, Thailand. He has exhibited nationally and internationally since he graduated from the Royal Institute of Arts in Stockholm in 1985. His works are represented in museums, art galleries and public places around the world.
